Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I changed the belt and after a few minutes the light went off. I drove for 50 minutes all
was ok. When I stopped and started to go again it came back on and stays on when I
drive anywhere.

one or two things...check out the link.. voltage reg/alt.. i guessing the belt is tight enough.. >http://www.vw-resource.com/alternator_generator.html
