Question type: Car Customization

i have a 351c and was wondering what cam i should use.  i was looking for a noticable idle but wasnt doggy off the line (1800-5600) i have the 4v heads off a 71 mach 1.  i have also had the block bored .030 over and a set of trw flat top pistons. brings my compression to around 10.5:1.  i have a torker intake with a 750 holley.  running with a manual a set of gears that will be 3.25:1.  its never going to see the oval track but i want some power when i need it without given up my low end torque.  i got a crane cam energizer with .524 .524 lft at 272 duration is this what i want or should i go with something else.  thanks
