Have someone pump the brakes about 15-30 times with the bleeder screw tightened. Have them hold the brake pedal and then loosen the bleeder screw. Do this about 10 times until the brake pedal feels tight and nothing but brake fluid flows out of the bleeder screw.

if you pump the brake 15 to 30 times, you are making a milk shake. ok, now pump the brake 2 times, open bleeder screw until flued comes out but has no air in it, you can tell, because the fluid will spit out at first, remember to top up fluid as you go.
