CarGurus protection plan

This guy is telling me he is part f a protection plan where cargurus will ship the car to me I get 7 days to decide where he gets no moneyfor 7 days...Sounds crazy just wondering is this true?

when it sound to good to be true it usually is ....

I have a guy telling me the same thing. Says he is a member of car gurus. Not sure about this.
