problem with car alarm going off for no reason

my e350 is doing this now.. did u find out the problem
I have found that it is a sensitivity with the alarm system to the big temperature changes in the winter time because that's the only time I have that problem. It would only go off when it would change from being really cold to warming up fast in the morning- then the alarm would go off. No problems anyother times of the year.
find the alarm fuse and pull it out,to disarm it,you might get a check engine light.
I've been having the same problem with my alarm but as time goes on it's appearing to me that it is not a temperature issue. When it first started happening I thought that was the case, maybe from condensation or something. Now on top of that issue every so often my indicator light on my dash will read Rear Right door Ajar and my my interior lights will not shut off. When this has happened I end up having to just disconnect the battery but it's only been a temporary fix. I'm guessing I have a bad sensor in my rear door or something. Sorry to jump on your post but I've also been desperately looking for a solution myself. Hope you find a solution

I have a 2015 ford fusion the alarm keeps going off for no reason
I have a 2007 Fusion as my work car.... Alarm goes off all the time, it is a sensor in the rear pass door that no one has been able to fix! It has been replaced and still does it! As far as I know there is not a independent fuse for it, if you pull the fuse you will no longer have reverse lights either! Unfortunately my work continues to buy fords and dump money into them!

I have a 2013 ford fusion se and the horn goes off early in the morning for no reason then when I try to unlock or lock the car the alarm goes off so I have to turn on the car for it to stop but when I pull the key out of the ignition it goes off again any answers anyone?
My 2012 fusion s alarm or soft tone goes off when I have the max air on too long. If I turn to outside air, noise I actually thought it was my cell phone, but tested without cell in car. No door ajar light goes off.
I meant to say the noise stopped when moved air conditioner to outside air. What causes this?
j.t is it possible that the car batterie is low because it has not ran for two weeks
My 2014 fusion alarm is going off for no reason, it was at the Ford dealership all day yesterday and they could not find anything wrong. At 330 this morning it was going off again
I found a way to deal with this problem. I have a 09, just bought it, alarm does off everytime I lock car by the keyless entry, or the electric button on drivers door. However, if I manually lock each door it does not happen, not once so far.
Thank you everyone for your answers, they all were very helpful. I ended up having numerous issues with the car. So, I fixed the problem by getting a new car 2 years ago. I apologize for not unposting the question. Thank you again for your help. :)
Thank you all. My 2012 justJust did it where the alarm went off for no reason and continue to go off for five minutes until I disconnected the battery. All your posts were very helpful thank you
Our 12 fusion alarm went off last night around midnight, ran out with pistol because I thought something was fishy! No one around so figured it was one of our cats. Then it went off again around 3am. Nothing all day and now it has gone off twice in the last half hour! I have a 19 Tacoma right next to it with stuff in the bed and nothing has been messed with so it is obviously a issue with the Fusion!
@Guru2YB2X Did you ever find a solution for this? My '13 Taurus just started this yesterday and it is beyond frustrating.

I am finding with my 08 Fusion that whether it is age or whatever sensors seem to be causing a number of issues with my car. Seatbelt light comes on even though it is buckled, low oil light when the oil is full, but only on long drives. I also get a directional data error indicating I am always going north no matter what direction I am going. I am wondering if it isn't just an age thing. Today for the first time my alarm went off as the weather moved from the 30's into the 40's. Very odd.

I've read all the comments and it seems that the common theme is that when there is a sensor problem the alarm seems to be an issue as well. I feel that this may be a key contributor to the issue of the alarm. I say this because, I wasn't having an issue until I was getting until an "engine hood open" indication alert. Now. my alarm is being an issue of going off when my key fob is no where near the vehicle and I can see on the camera that there is nothing near my vehicle to make it trip. I will be trying a suggestion that I saw and try and manually lock my 2016 Ford Fusions doors. I am hoping that will stop the issue until I can get the issue with my hood sensor corrected.
