Why my 2007 GMC won't crank ?

Changed batteries on my 2007 GMC Yukon  .now I
have no power , won't crank won't start , . Battery is
good , ground cable is good . What could be wrong
?

Put your ignition to run but don't start it 10.5 minutes turn it off and turn it back on 10.5 minutes turn it off turn it back on 10.5 minutes turn the key off wait one minute put the key back.in start vehicle
