My Sirius radio has been acquiring a signal for 2 months. I called Sirius numerous times, they say go to Mazda dealer to reset the radio, dealer says no and wants $100 just to look at it. What could it be?

That is what I thought, but they said then the radio wouldn't play either and it does.

Yes radio will play,it is seperate antena than your satalite antena.
