Is it worth it to fix?

Asked by AKaplan Oct 20, 2015 at 08:19 PM about the 2007 Mazda MX-5 Miata

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just lost enough coolant to ruin the engine on my 2007 mazda MX-5. Touring model. Will Cost $5,000 to fix. Have 123,000 on it and keep it well maintained, (except I missed the leaking coolant. )

Get a salvaged used engine and you should save 1 or 2 thousand bucks.
