It's easier to grow some muscle or not to use too wide a tire on the car than to convert it to power steering. You'd have to source a 1984 or 1985 GSL or GSL-SE model to get your hands on the parts required for that, and you'd still have no guarantee it'd all fit together. Biggest problem would be how to drive the power steering pump, but you could get an electric power steering pump off a Toyota MR2 to cover that...
