Acceleration stumble and or hesitation.

I have a Nissan 1986 200sx coupe that has a hesitation when pushing the throttle from idle.
It will stumble and then take off with no misfiring of the engine. Runs great after the "off idle state.
The engine has been tuned up with new wires, Distributor Cap and rotor and Spark Plugs. It runs great at high speed with no misfiring of the engine. Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

I would try checking the MAF or the TPS.
