Well for a car to make to 300,000 that's pretty good. It all depends on how well it was taken car of and whats done Maint wise. Miles mean don't all ways mean everything they could be highway miles. You need more info for a good answer. Original owner? If so that's a big plus.

I would if you are planning on moding it at all. Good Z31's (1984-1989) are hard to come by these days. I would also plan on some major work, but all in all I would say if it's a T-top 5 speed then yes. Oh and check the rear under the carpet and under the tire change equipment for rust if it's really bad you will have a headache, they all tend to rust there but surface rust is easy to fix with a lil elbow grease and some fun chemicals.
