fuel problems

Asked by GuruPN53M Jan 22, 2020 at 03:05 PM about the 1986 Nissan 300ZX

Question type: General

I need some advise please. I bought a 1986 300z (non-turbo) back in March,
2019. I put a transmission and injectors in it per the advice of the mechanic. I
still have not driven the car 10 months later. I now have 3k into the car and it
still doesn't run right. We know it is a fuel or electrical problem. Any ideas as
to what the problem may be? My mechanic is lost. It is a clean car with 165k
on it. Please help!!!

" Doesn't run right" is vague. Did you consider dropping the fuel tank and replacing any in line fuel filters?
