is it fuel injection?

My son just purchased a Nissan truck, just wanted to know if it wes fuel injection.

If it is a 2.4liter... 4 cylinder engine, used until 1989 and has throttle body fuel injection. The throttle body very much resembles a carburetor

likely 2.4 there are two fuel injectors on top of the throttle body.
