Just picked up a 1968 Firebird sports coupe with the production # 00005.  Can anyone tell me the value of a car
like this with such a low #

depends on how original the car is, if it was a 67 with such a low number , then you would have had the 5th one ever made

I realize that, that would have been sweet - however this is the 5th one made in 1968. It is all there and we are restoring it. Just looking for a poss. value since it is so low.

you can find out everything about that car from pontiac historic service , PHS-online.com. Can you post some pictures of it & engine ? 4 speed or automatic? is there a 1 before the 00005?
