also i was wondering if their where any 71 350's for sale. not restored yet i was hoping too make this a father son restoration. my father owned a 71 350 formula 1 american from 1974 -79 until he had to sell too i guess feed his family. i figure that would have been hard too do due to him having one leg too get around on.it always speeks of this car i"d like to renew this memory for him.

I believe the 350 was available in both the Esprit and Formula trims in '71, but I can't find production numbers based on the type of engine, firebird. According to OldRide.com, Pontiac produced ~56,000 Firebirds in '71, and fewer than 8,000 of those were Formulas, but the Formula was also available with bigger engines. Sorry not to have more detail, but I hope that's a start, at least.
