I inherited a '74 firebird and want to sell it. How do I determine a price?

Dear benped-- Your car is worth what someone will pay for it and not a dollar more. To get an idea, go to www.nadaguides.com. Also take a look at www.autotrader.com or www.cars.com. See what they are asking at www.craigslist.com. And most important, be honest with yourself. If it is in good condition, don't fool yourself into thinking it is excellent. If you put a price on it and don't get any responses, it probably means you are advertising in the wrong place and you have priced it too high. Good luck from Bovan.
Another good idea would be to check out ebay and see what similar Firebirds are being sold at. Do a Google search of Firebird Websites and Car Clubs. Frequently car clubs have a classified section that may give you a good idea about your car's worth. Good luck!
how about a picture? It would help to know what engine & tranny are in the car, what options like power windows, power brakes & so on? When was the last time the car was on the road ?
