CAN YOU TAKE THE NOSE FROM A 1970-73 FIREBIRD AND PLACE IT ON A 1974. THE CARS LOOK THE SAME MINUS THE NOSE.

Yes, but only up to 75. 76 and later changed the shape of the ridge running down the middle of the hood. You will need all the hardward from the frame forward and there are brakets that hold the valance on that are not on the 74 and 75 fenders. You can probably make them or improvise a different way of fastening it.
