ABS and TC light always on

Was driving up a VERY steep access road from the beach, front tires slipped once. After driving on highway the same day a couple of hours later noticed dash lights AB and TC on. pulled over turned off car, lights went out but came back back on after a few miles. Now they stay on all the time

I had recall on my 2006 hhr they fixed it but when I brung it home my abs and tc light will not go off so I took it to the machine to find out it said the purge control and vent control I replaced but the lights are still question is if it was because of the dealer not resented it
