Any applicable trouble codes? Note the circuit description for particular code. The diagnostic aid for this code says to check g 109, that is a ground, make sure clean and tight. the ground is located, under hood, front of engine compartment, cross member, the ground is close to hood latch. Make sure clean and tight. Of course that ground may have nothing to do with your problem?

Note the starter motor wiring diagram. Just wondering, the starter relay, underhood fuse box, Is that relay removeable? Sometimes if no terminal numbers on relay in diagram, it means the relay is soldered into fuse box, and you can't remove it. I see at least three fuses in diagram, you can check those fuses and check for voltage, at the fuse. Some people like doing testing and they like diagrams. Some people don't. Just trying to help. good luck
