I'm sure water is entering the oil. I have

new head gasket .... or get the best head gasket sealer additive ( never had luck with any but all you can lose is the cost) Change the oil and pray for a hail Mary Pass that the sealer works Good Luck

Go ahead and change the head gaskets and get the heads checked for cracks and change the oil and antifreeze so your engine can have a long life, i tried those additives and don't really recommend using them
