Random pop noise front driver side

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A random pop or binding
noise in/on drivers side
wheel. When turning, and
breaking.. randomly not
every time?? Where should I
start looking to diagnose?

Possible start with things that don’t cost you, eg foreign body such as a stone stuck in your brake shoe.If brake shoes and callipers all clear, then check your CV boots for holes that may have allowed a foreign body into the joint...if all done, and problem persists, then it is more than likely mechanical and needs to see a professional . Ball joints and tie rods/ends, would be the most common for a pop noise.
