I am trading a 82 ford thunderbird for a 74 pontiac lemans "grandsport" I have heard that it is a very rare car any info would be greately appreciated.  mtully1@cfl.rr.com

I searched most of my links/site and I can find no data for this car. there is a bunch for the "Le Mans" but nothing for the "grandsport". sorry I couldn't be any help. If any other guys have some info, please pass it along. As I am kind of courious now....

I'd guess the car is a Grand LeMans Sport Coupe, but according to Wikipedia, that wasn't available until 1975.

I may be crazy but, my girlfriend had a 1970 Lemans Grand Sport back in 1979.

It was a triple Black car in excellent condition. Purchased from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in 1978.
