i have a 2007 hyundai accent-my car won't start after i put gas in it

the car will start fine everytime except for after i put gas in it...i have to wait 5 to 10 minutes before it will start again

fuel tank vent hose is restricted,causing an airlock when fuel is added.

press gas pedal to the floor while cranking, when it starts, keep the revs at about 2000rpm for 10 seconds, then it will be fine
