Car Oil and Coolant

I noticed when I was checking my oil that it
appeared over full on the dipstick.  At the
same time I noticed that my antifreeze was
significantly above the full “cold” line despite
the engine sitting overnight. I have not added
any fluids to the car recently-I had an oil
change about 5 weeks ago. Usually my car
burns oil so I always check it between oil
changes- the engine has about 148,000 miles
on it.  When I checked it a couple weeks ago
it was fine and haven’t added any fluids.  
What could be causing this?  Is it dangerous
to drive the car like this?

You’re probably right on the coolant and I just never noticed; I wish I would’ve checked my oil sooner. I will definitely give the mechanic a call in the morning. Thank you for your response!
