OTHER THAN THE ENGINE BEING VERY LARGE FOR THE OPENING IN A G5 (THERE WILL BE MANY BODY MODIFICATIONS TO MAKE IT FIT) THE G5 BODY CONTROL MODULE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ENGINE BECAUSE GM NEVER PUT A V6 IN A G5. YOU WILL HAVE TO MODIFY THE WIRING HARNESSES TO WORK WITH THE 3800. THAT IS ABOUT 100 HOURS WORK THEN THE TRANSMISSION HAS TO BE CHANGED AND THE BODY CONTROL AND THE TRANSMISSION WON'T COMMUNICATE SO NO SPEEDO. BUT AS A RESULT NO MORE MILES ON THE ODOMETER. AND OF COURSE, NO CRUISE. BUT IT WILL GO LIKE A SCALDED GORILLA.
