Car starts on it's own in Neutral

Thanks for your input. Actually with the engine running, the starter cranks and wont stop on neutral when passing from Park to Drive. Would your suggestion still hold in this case. We had a look at the neutral switch which looks fine. Also, the engine stalls every now and again. Any other hints will appreciated.

The scan did not revealed anything other than the crank pickup faulty which would explain the stalling. At this time we believe that the safety switch would in fact be the problem with the starter operation when passing the neutral position. Thanks.

Went to get my AC fixed by a friend there are placed the condenser I think and forgot to put a sensor on so white and recharge so they tried to splice the wire basically jump it from one wire to another now the whole can car shut down nothing in the - works won't go in gear Won't shift at a first either
