2007 grand prix drivers side fan won't come on fuse and relays are good help

i'm guessing you have 2 fans? one comes on & the other doesn't ? turn on the a/c if it comes on it's good. thats it.

I'm not sure about newer cars like yours,but I remember I had the same problem and it was the coolant temperature sensor.It's located on the engine block,under the thermostat housing.
