Left tire knocking

My car is a 2005 Chevrolet cavalier.  I have a bad
popping only when I turn left and have some speed
going. When I straighten the car out it stops.  Only
when I'm going over 30mph and turning left this
loud popping comes from the front right tire I
believe.  Can someone please tell me what this is
so I know what part to buy to fix it

Sounds like one of the CV joints is going bad.
