So I got my 2007 Saturn ion scanned today
because the check engine light came on and
it gave me the codes p0204 & p0304 and I
changed the fuel injector that said was bad
and yet the car still bogs and check engine
light still is on what else can I do to it to
function normally any help will be
appreciated

I had this same issue with 2007 Ion. After Googling the issue, I found that it is a common issue and is caused by a bad EVAP valve. I went to my local Firestone and asked specifically to have it replaced. After a few fill-ups, the check engine light disappeared.
