my chrysler 300 2007 seized, what do i do?

seized is a funny word, (assuming engine seized), or government impound seized, hahaha WHO confirmed the engine as such??????????? what was the reason for it.....no oil?????

the 300 had the 2.7, 3.5, 5.7, 6.1, (liters) engines for options, (think i remembered them all), still a very desired car by many (not personally to me), but definitely worth replacing with a used engine.
