I put a vac on the car holding a vac but my car still won't take the freon I bypass the relay the clutch engaged but still didn't receive the freon

Yes I replaced the expansion valve and the drier also the compresser put a vac for an hour let it set for 30 minutes no leaks know my question is I closed both knobs on the manifold turned off my vac pump and let it sit for 30 minutes is that correct

I think I have a bad air compressor because I bypassed the sensor in the clutch kicks in but Freon will not go in to the system so I think that pump is probably out defected compressor
