Serpentine belt

The serpentine belt breaks when
AC is ran over the course of. 2 to
3 months. It's never broke
completely but partially. Mechanic
claims he replaced all pulleys but
problem still persists.

Something isn't right, maybe one of the pulley's is misaligned since it is shredding on the edge. Have another mechanic look it over.
