Water leak

1 Answer

are you sure it's water? Hopefully NOT coolant...you might look at the translucent coolant jug to see if it's FULL COLD or HOT or somewhere in between...down would indicate a coolant leak....what I suspect is the air conditioning evaporator is pulling moisture out of the air, gets flooded, creating a whooshing sound on turns and leaks out over your floor...no? What you've got to do is find the evaporator drain and clean it with a pin blaster or drill a 1.4" hole at the elbow where it changes direction towards the firewall/floor and fish a straightened coat hanger down to the outside...I recommend having a mechanic 'pin-blast' your evaporator drain~
