I would get the alternator checked, a garage can test it on the car.

I did some troubleshooting to the alternator and the reading has a fluctuating up and down. I think that the problem is the alternator because the max reading is about 16V. I will replace it for a new one. I will let you know if that the problem was. Thanks,
