Why is my car clicking?

I.just had the spark plugs replaced
and my car is still making a clicking
noise. It sounds like its coming from
the passenger front side of the car.
What could it be?

it could be many thing if ur rad fan is plastic it could be clicking on the hood

It started when it started getting real cold at night.
