Car won’t start

Asked by Lisa Apr 06, 2018 at 02:27 AM about the 2006 Hyundai Elantra

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2006 Hyundai Elantra has a leak on the
radiator that causes it to lose all its water.
The car never got hot enough to smoke or
anything but now it won’t start back up. It
will somewhat crank over but will never
fully start up. There isn’t any water in the
oil and the water that drains from the
radiator doesn’t appear murky like it would
if a head gasket was busted. Any ideas on
why it won’t start?

the two are probably unrelated but you should have the leak fixed , check for spark and fuel , if you can pour some gas in the throttle see if it fires ,
