Chevy Malibu 2005 !

OK The key to my car got melted and ruined I had to go to  
Chevrolet to get them to cut me a new one through my vin
went home did the 30 minute key relearn process well it
worked but then I when to crank it stayed on for about 15
seconds and then turns off I didn't have a problem before
the key was ruined ?

You have to take the key to the dealer with the VIN number of the vehicle the key has to be programmed by the dealer only

Well they have me a paper showing me how to do the 30 min process ? And it turned it over and crunk it but didn't wanna stay on

I would call the chevy place back Monday. It says above "" I had to go to Chevrolet to get them to cut me a new one through my vin""". So it has been programmed already. Something went wrong with the programming or re-learn. They should be able to get it figured out. They may want you to tow it there.
