Car wouldn't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car wouldn't start this morning. Two days before it
acted as if it didn't want to but then it turned over
so I thought it was the cold weather. Tried to jump
it and nothing but clicking on the dash the engine
light came on, a car with lock symbol on dash and
hazards flash on dim. Radio works, horn and lights
