i have a 1974 911 with a targa top only 65000 miles on it i was wondering if i could get help determining its value

Depends on condition, history and which country you are in. Some countries these are quite valuable, in others they are quite cheap
hey andy thanks for your reply im here in chicago and like i said the car is in fantastic clean condition. allways garage kept and dealer serviced with records !! maybe you or someone here cold point me in the best direction to get a realistic value.
I usually value classic car myself, by comparing it to cars for sale locally and nationally to get a feel for the value. I find that the Blue Book (or whatever national car value book) is not very accurate for non-current high volume cars.
Try Hagerty valuation tools. Ultimately its value will only be determined upon sale. Are you planning on selling it shortly? If so I might be interested here in NY. I actually have a 74 on my list of years to purchase. Its a bit corny but my wife was also created in 74 and that way my too favorite creations will be from the same year. Let me know if you are sell.
