I am driving with my AC on all is fine then randomly it turns to the heater. If I stop and turn the engine on and off it goes back to AC. Why does this happen? My mechanic tells me I was low on Frion? but it happens even after that? Why?

If your not low on Deion could your ac pump be going? Or you may have a leak somewhere

The actuator under glove compartment may be out.
