All depends on how it had ben serviced, and how the engine had ben driven up to this point. 200,000 miles is a lot of miles but if an engine had ben treated right there still are miles to go with it. So with that said, what is the condition of the rest of the vehicle? There are a lot of other parts to nickle and dime your pocket book.

Take care of it and it might last another 100,000 miles. I would be concerned more about a high mileage transmission than the Infiniti engine.
