The back end looks like its sagging a bit. I'm planning on buying a boat that will be 3,800lbs to tow. What should I do to the suspension if anything before towing this.

Consider having the rear springs and shocks replaced. You may find that a bigger truck will be better for you. The tow capacity of my '07 Dodge Ram 1500 with V6 and auto trans is only 3550 lbs. I would think a Blazer would be much less than that.

I thought it would be less also but here is what this web site says my specs are "Std/Max. Towing (lb) 3900 / 5400"
