Must be reset using dedicated programming / diagnostic tool. Best done using a Tech 2 programmer (Saab / GM specific) but other programmer/ diagnostic tools will work and might be more readily available to you. I didnt have access at the time to a Tech 2 but I did have access to a range of medium to high end Autel diagnostics, none of which would reset the warning light ! Forget the iCarsoft VOL2 though...despite UK-based DiagnosticsWorld supplier's insistence that the iCarsoft VOL2 was the perfect addition to my workshop, it's a complete bag of S***e What DID work was an older piece of laptop-based diagnostic tool, an AUTOCOM Cars CDP Pro. I have seen these advertised on Fleabay for around £ 60. Well worth buying and does a wide range of vehicles.
