2004 chevy Colorado 3.5 battery light on and off

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My battery light turns on and off. Switched the battery for
a new one. Battery light still turns on and off while driving.
I took off the alternator to get it checked at auto zone. He
tested it twice with both test results good. Then I changed
the belt and the tensioner along with the mega fuse 100A.
I turn on the truck and after a couple of min of it running
the battery light turns on. Both battery terminals on clean
and tight on the battery. Im lost at this point.

The fact that it comes and goes leads me to suspect a loose or corroded connection somewhere in the charging system.

Have alternator tested in car, make sure connections are clean and tight
