How to fix my cargo door so it will lock on 2007 H3 Hummer?

All the doors will lock except the rear
cargo door.

Take the tailgate inner door pannel off and see if the lock actuator plug is still plugged in. If so see if you have power running to it when the lock/unlock buttons are pushed. If you have power while it's plugged in the the lock actuator is bad and need to be replaced.
