My car been sitting for 3 years, it crank but
wen I put it in r,d an other gears it doesn't
move. What's do I need to do?

Pull the trans dipstick and make sure you have trans fluid. Also before you drive off (assuming that fixes it) make sure you have brake fluid as well.
