I have a 2004 Malibu an when I turn the car off an take the key out an shut the door the Anti theft Anti theft light keeps flashing what can calls this don't have no problem with it starting up

work the door locks by hand from inside and watch if the light quit, or see if the doors are closing tight to turn off the interior lights under the dash at foot wells ,that would drain a battery ,the blinking diode uses very little power something else pulling unless the battery is close to failing and a low output type

The fuse in the radio I had to replace it an that's when it starting doing this could that have anything to do with it

well maybe that fuse was off on purpose from a former owner, that circuit may have something that drains it. just guessing though

So when the car is locked is the anti theft light Supposed to Flash or stay off cause other people told me it is supposed to flash an thanks so much for answering my questions

Well see the security light on my cluster it just keeps flashing it will not go out an I don't think I have a light on top of my dash
