My Chevy truck 2004 6.0 2500 HD will start and then will start and then quickly

My 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD
6.0 it's my everyday driver I
acquired another truck identical to
it so I took my everyday driver I
pulled the fuse and relays out of it
and put them in the other truck to
try to get it running and it didn't
work so I took the fuses and
relays back out and then I put
them in back into my everyday
driver and now my truck will not
start up and run it'll start and then
quickly dies I replace the fuel
pump I checked all the fuses I got
gas I got pressure I cannot figure
this out

If battery voltage was lost at any time, pulling fuses, I wondered about security system? Try the relearn and see if it helps?
