I always see SUVs with no imblems or trim. My tahoes has thick black molding. Is it possible to take it off and have it clean and neat looking underneath with just some gue be gone.

Hello What is the molding made of? Is it plastic or rubber? Factory original or aftermarket? If aftermarket, how was it attached? All these things make a difference in removal techniques. CarGrrl

Yes, it is possible to take it off but it is time consuming. I did my 02 Tahoe and i love the way it looks now, i used a heat gun to heat up the trim and then used a strong weight fishing line to "cut" it off. Then you have to peel the double sided tape off of the paint. Just be careful when you do it not to get it too hot cause you can ruin the paint.
