Will a fan clutch from a 2004 Chevy trailblazer fit a
2002 trailblazer

I gather you're getting one from a wrecking yard? For the I6 engine YES it's the same. Best to pick one 08+ though, they're better.

Most people HATE this repair. Cut a notch in the plastic shroud where the upper radiator hose is. Will make this job cake.
